Admission at Atharv International school Based on written Examination and viva Voce, interaction with the child, considering the age factor as on 1st April of the Year.

Documentation

Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission:

  1. School Leaving/transfer Certificate and last report card(Xerox Copy, counter signed), school leaving certificate(Original Copy) for the students applying for admission class – 1st onwards attested by concerned educational department.
  2. Aadhar Card of the Child and parents are mandatory to submit.
  3. Municipal Birth Certificate(Xerox Copy) mandatory for all classes.
  4. Four Recent passport size colored photographs of the child and one each of both pages.

Short Written Test for Admission

Short Written Test may be conducted for the Following Subjects:

Classes 1 – VI English, Mathematics, Hindi, EVS

Classed VII – IX English, Mathematics, Science, Hindi

Class XI – Based on 10th Board Marks.

Steps for Registrations and Admission

  1. The Registration Form, Duly filled in all respects, should be submitted to the school within 5 days from the date of collection of the form.
  2. After completion of Viva Voce and written examination parents will be informed for further admission process.

Caution!!

Admission will be cancelled if any variance or misrepresentation in found the particulars filled in the admission form and the supporting documents at any stage. In such case any fees will not be refunded.
