In Order to inculcate Personality development in children, to discover then nurture innate and inborn talent in the kids, and to furnish the students with the skills of using their abilities. It is highly important to follow the modern approach in providing all-round quality education. For Overall personality development and to cope with the modern competitive world of today, it is highly demanding that the kids should learn to speak English through play way method and Gain Technology aided education.

It is greatly significant that the kids be fluent and correct users of the English language both in speaking and writing. Confidence in knowledge, language, and expression is the key to success in the rapidly developing world of ideas and technology. It is, therefore, necessary that the students should be confident and fluent in expressing their feelings and ideas in the growing world. The students should be kept observers, good thinkers, and eloquent speakers.
